  1. I have an Online Gift Code I received when I did a return. How do I use it?
    Go to our website and place your order like normal. You will see a text box when you check out that says Gift Coupon Code. You type your Gift Code into that box and click the button. Then proceed to log in with your user name and password.

  2. I am trying to use my Online Gift Certificate and it isn't working... What's wrong?
    If the total of your Gift Certificate is more than your order total, the system will not let you use it. It is a quirk in our system. Please call the office number during business hours (9am - 5pm EST Mon-Fri) 843-837-7439 for assistance.

    Online Gift Certificates that we issue in exchange for a return are good for one year from the date of issue.

  4. What is your return policy?

    RETURN POLICY

    Patricia's strives for 100% satisfaction with our internet customers. For that reason, we only select the best quality clothing, gifts and accessories for our web catalog. If you find, upon receipt of your package, that the item(s) you purchased does not meet your expectations, please follow these steps:

    1. Request of return by calling (843-837-7439) during Office Hours 9am - 5pm EST MONDAY through FRIDAY. Please keep in mind that this is a home office. This call for return must be made within 4 (four) business days of receipt. After you have called you have fulfilled your obligation. There is no need to call again. A Return Authorization Number will be assigned within 48 hours via email.
    2. Merchandise must be received back within 10 (ten) days of receiving your RA Number. Make sure the RA Number is on the outside of the box.
      Packages without an RA Number will be refused.
    3. Merchandise must be returned with tags attached and all original paperwork. Merchandise will be returned to you if it appears to have been worn.
    4. The amount of you return will be credited back to your credit card less a 10% restock fee.
      1. We waive this fee if you:
        1. Exchange the item for a different color or size.
        2. Opt for an Online Gift Certificate

  5. Can I return items I bought on sale?
    Our general policy is that sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  6. Can I return Special "Wish List", Pre-Order or Trunk Show items?
    As always, after you receive the item, if there is a problem, it is exchangeable for size or color based on availability. We will also issue an Online Gift Certificate. We will not be issuing credit on credit cards or PayPal for any items ordered during our Trunk Show, an item you ordered in Pre-Order status or an item you Special Wish List Ordered.

    In these special circumstances, we will issue an Online Gift Certificate.
