Why do companies here have problems with Six Sigma?
Several companies in plastics processing and other fields have gone through Six Sigma, but most participants don't seem to learn even the basics. Green belts and black belts are in plenty but don't seem to be able to achieve anything. We hear stories of production units saving 1 million euros, which seem mostly concocted. Where exactly is the problem? |
