How about Chinese mould

Hi, everyone, I'm a new comer from China. One of my Austrialian customer wrote me an e-mail today, saying that the moulds that I have produced for him are of the best quality he has seen in China. I'm happy because my hard work finally gets rewarded. However, when my another client who also markets for our companies in USA told me that there is a lot of ill impression regarding Chinese quality. What about you? What do you hear about or experience about our quality? Would you mind telling me the true voice from the bottom of your heart for our improvement?
Thanks a lot [:)s][:)s][:)s][:)][:)][:)]
