I am a SRM four timer. You can have faith the unframed certificates will be mailed to you free of charge and suitable for the framing of your choice.
I missed the statement that brightroom would do it for free. I know BR strictly as a for profit entity so I would profess some surprise that they would do it for free.
That is unless they are the ones selected by SRM to produce/print them in the first place which in that case you will receive an unframed certificate for free.
