Lovebird Eggs
I bought 2 peachfaced lovebirds about 9 months ago from a pet store, a couple weeks ago I found an egg in the cage and was very excited. Since then 10 more have been laid. I have read that a normal clutch is from 3-7. I was wondering if laying to many eggs would hurt my bird and what i should do. I was not planning on breeding them so I don't know much about it. Any information would be appreciated greatly! |

I don't really know if having 10 eggs would be harmful to your bird, although I would be concerned, as well. But are you sure that only 1 of the birds is laying? You might have 2 females. At maturity, even solo females lay eggs. |
