Ray, Take a look at the Contributors form for new event. If all of your events are basically the same but with just the dates changing, enter the details for the one event and just add the other dates as a comment in that events details field. Having TDs put in their own event details is really the only way to make sure they are accurate. Also, if something changes down the line just re-enter the event, let me know and I'll replace the old one with the new one.
This is no different than it has been for the past 4-5 years.
Bob, was mainly concerned with organizing the overall schedule for major events, now that that is largely set, we need to fill in the details so that players get all the info they need and have come to expect. 10-20 people have asked me about the schedule and why there isn't any detail for any of the events. Here's the answer: "Because the TDs, as they always have, need to enter them. What they put in, is what you get out." |
