Importance of correct breathing

Deep breathing is the basis for a healthy and fulfilled life as it puts us in control of our lives, gives us self-confidence and all the energy we could possibly need.   There are also a zillion health benefits on a three-dimensional level – physically, emotionally and spiritually.   It can and should be used by everybody on a daily basis for the abovementioned reasons, as well as for maintaining optimum health.  It should be used by all performing artists,  as well as professional therapists, medical doctors, ministers of religion as well as the layperson.   It is also the best method for stress management and a superb painkiller for chronic pain sufferers!

Comments on the abovementioned statement would be very welcome.   Lets talk about this, encourage each other to start controlling our health as well as giving each other some hints and tips on this awesome practice of self healing........
