What are they sellin' at Magallen! Buyer Beware!
Had my Magallan Maestro 4040 for 3 months, it broke. I sent it to Magallan Support and it was there for a month supposedly getting fixed. Now it is lost, they cannot find it.. They promised to send me a new one but 12 days after the promise...the replacement unit still has not arrived.
The "customer engineers" (aka call takers) are very polite with all of their thank-yous but they are merely Magallen script puppets and NO HELP at all.
DON"T BUY one of these if you ever want to see your unit again should it fail (which it will..). $500 down the drain is a hard lesson to learn.
