gps - property lines
1. Can you input two GPS positions, say the location of two corners of a property, then walk in a straight line between the two points, with the GPS alerting you if you were off course?
2. Can you input a compass direction instead, start off at a known GPS location, and walk in a straight line along that compass bearing, with the GPS warning if you were off course? Can you compensate for true north and magnetic north?
3. There are dozens of models of just Garmin GPS, let alone any other makes. Is there a fairly cheap instrument available that can do the above, plus locate you if you get lost in the bush?
