Amazing poem, so simple and so true. Im dying of the flu here! arrrghh - sympathy everyone please! ",So i have plenty of time to practice and retreat into my own little space. Been doing it for years have some of us! Give it a go! Just dont tell too many people - they lock you up for saying that sort of thing! Trust me i know! xxx

i love this poem. i think its really good advice as well.
i dont have a quite retreat in my mind, mostly because i'm still there and still talking alot lol.
