Shadow Management

Hi everyone. Hope you're all doing fine. Just to let you know that we are looking at starting up shadow management again. For anyone that doesn't know, shadow management is for young people under 25 and we work alongside adult management. This can mean being involved in decisions, interviewing job applicants and bringing in new ideas etc. We are looking to hold a start up meeting on Thursday 21st July at 4pm to see who is interested, to explain a bit about shadow management and to see when a regular suitable time would be to meet. If anyone is interested then please let me know. Thanks
