please help me

hi i am josh i am 12 i have some thing to say it is shamefull i cant tell people i know. some people are doing things and i think it isnt allowed to be done and it is harmfull. who do i tell

I am very sorry to hear that you have something to say but no one you can say it to. No one has a right to do harmful things to you or anyone else. If you want to talk to someone about this and get some help then you can e mail me directly, or you can phone 01382 206222 or the freephone 0800 731 40 80. You do not have to be alone with this.
