updates September.

Hello, It's been awhile since I've posted on here. and wanted to let you
know been working behind the scenes when I can and I have just gotten every
link fixed on the Warren Co., IL Genealogy Page.
http://genealogytrails.com/ill/warren/

Many of the pages have all been redone. an update on the 1903 History of
Warren county,IL, is now online at both places. it is fully online at
http://www.usgennet.org/usa/il/county/warren/

and only lacking one page more for the Genealogy Trails sites.

Sara Hemp has donated obits. Have some online and some not on there yet.
Obits I've typed up on both Warren & Knox Sites. New Births on Birth index
page, Marriage anniversary on the newspaper page.

Carol Parrish is now online at both sites with the 1886 Portrait &
Biographical Album if you can not find your biography online email Carol the
the name and she will type it up and then email it to you. Thanks so much
for doing this, Carol.

Connie Caldwell has donated some early obituaries she had copied while
visiting the Galesburg Library.

Mary Mueller contributed Obituaries to both sites Knox and Warren.

I do not have an update page for either site except on the Warren at AHGP
there is a Forum on the index page I got from brave net where I occasionally
add them to the page when I think of it.

Teresa Smith has a Brick Wall with the Ray family. She's looking for I'm
seeking the death and burial of Margaret Doyel Smith Ray. Margaret was born
30 June 1788 in Rowan Co., NC and died between 1860 and 1870 in Warren Co.,
IL. Her parents were Gregory C Doyel and Martha Gott. She
first married Daniel J Smith 26 Mar 1860, he died 9 Oct 1855. She married
Richard Ray 3 Aug 1857 in Knox Co., IL. They were living in Roseville Twp.,
Warren co., IL in 1860. Richard was listed in the 1870 Swan Twp., Warren Co.
IL census as a widower. He died 12 Jan 1873. Any help is greatly
appreciated. Especially death record, obituary, burial site. I have various
information on the Smith, Doyel, Clayton, Jones, Ray families. Email me and
I will forward onto Teresa She has also typed up the Roseville Cemetery

If I don't have her on the Brick wall page will make one. Also, have another
lady seeking Hickerson Ray Information on proving who is father and children
were. He died of the Small pox epidemic in Floyd Twp., in 1853-55 not sure
on the last part of the date. She's trying to get into DAR. I'm trying to
help her. Hickerson is buried in the Lenox Cemetery, and his son Orville in
the Berwick Cemetery. Any one who can help please email me. Thanks!!!!

Will be working on the to get the marriages on the Warren Sites straighten
which they are now just have to find one cd. and then it will all be online
or have to type it up again. I think I've redone every page or almost every
page on the Warren Site this week trying to get them more presentable and
all the links working finally. NO Broken links this time. Am so glad,

If you visit my other Warren Site at American History & Genealogy Project IL
Warren. You may get a few pages that ask you to allow access. There is
nothing on my web pages that will harm anyone's computer. this has to do
with an HTML protector I put on them a few years ago and now am slowly
removing from the pages. So, don't worry on that score. I've had email's
where people are mad at me at first because they couldn't just copy and
paste the info for their files. But that isn't why it was put on there. It
is also causing me problems and am slowly getting it removed. It takes time
because you have to get all the code out. and if you don't well anyone knows
that will cause you problems but wanted you to know this. Thanks.

And if I've forgotten anyone who has donated to the site I'm sorry and will
add next time I post an update.

I'm also happy to announce I'm being made co-Vice President of the Knox Co.,
IL Genealogical Society. they have two Vice President's and I get to be one
of them. I'm thrilled to death. Went from being a member to being a
Vice-President. Thanks

Also, have been taking tombstone photos of the Hermon Cemetery. some are
online. some are not. still have five rows left to take and hope to get to
them tomorrow and also to another cemetery.

Happy Gene Hunting everyone and may you find the one you lost.
God Bless,
Foxie
