My family of 8 had a great time and experience with Donald from Action Boys. I found Action Boys online looking for a zip line tour that would allow my 5 and 6 year old grandsons to participate, as the cruise sponsored tours did not. Donald met us as we came out of terminal. As noted in other reviews, Yes, he held a hand printed sign with my name, and yes the van was older and had a cracked windshield. So my first impression was not all that encouraging. But, that was the only negative all day as Donald was great, the van performed great and actually took us up a very steep hill on a one lane gated road to tour site. Many of the other tour buses could not climb or were not allowed and the passengers had to walk up. But the site operators knew Donald and let him pass. All along the trip, Donald told us much about Belize and history as well as his personal background. He said that they had 14 tours going that day and they were very busy. But, he stayed with us throughout ensuring that we had any and everything we needed. He also got us to the site very fast in order to get ahead of other tour buses so we would not be held up. He knew the guides at the tour site personally and ensured that we were given special treatment and that my grandkids as well as wife and family were safe and well taken care of, like being first in line and handled with care, etc. So, if you want a great tour with a personal guide that looks after you (and for a great price), go to Action Boys.
