Great trout fishing yesterday for Day 1 of the Houma Oilmans Tourney. A very windy day with rough seas but everyone was up for the task! I fished with Mark Truxillo,Paul Callahan and McCaskill for the second day in a row. After catching 105 trout the previous day we went back to the same area catching another 80 nice fish. Tantem rigged LSU chubs as usual did the job. Capts. Marty LaCoste, Ricky Brondum and Joel Wakeland handled the big crew from Energy Cranes catching 165 trout. Big thanks also to Capt. Travis Lovell for helping out with the crew from E&E Machine. They had a nice box of trout with about 65-70 nice fish. Everyone caught plenty fish and enjoyed the day on the water. Good luck fishing.
