Sat Evening Trout Slam!
Another great trout slam as the yellowmouths continue to eat up everything in sight! We had a crew of 8 with Bill Griffin,Ken Whetstone and Carl Gray fishing on my boat. Double rigged LSU chubs did the trick as the fish really eat them up! Capt Travis Lovell fished with Mark Brandon & Scott Stroud while Capt Gerald Ellender fished with William Griffin and his crew. The crew enjoyed a great morning of duck hunting in Gibson,La and had a blast following it up with a Dularge trout slam. Fishing about 3 hours the guys caught well over 125 trout and enjoyed every minute of it. Special thanks to Shawn Whitney for his help in coordinating the trip. Good luck fishing!
