Reds & Trout Biting Great On The DU!
Down In Dularge!
We have the best of both worlds right now "DOWN IN DULARGE"! Take your pick, redfish or trout, there's plenty of both with big numbers of fish everyday! Fishing the weekend with Tim Haberberger of Tenneesee & Brent Houston of Dallas, Tx., the guys clobbered the reds & trout! Although Sunday was a bit slower than Saturday the guys had a blast both days. The guys caught over 100 trout and 15 reds and Tim can't wait to get back down here in November. Today we caught 75 trout by 8:30a.m. with Danny Butler & Charles King finding it hard to believe the fast paced trout action. LSU chubs continue to do the damage on the trout while bottom fishing did in the reds this weekend. The trout are eating up big time every morning feeding on shrimp with a falling tide. It will get better from here on out as the yellowmouths have shown up in full force! Special thanks to Capt Alex for helping out on Sunday with David Burgin and his crew. Good luck fishing!
