Just read THE PAID COMPANION by Amanda Quick. I've loved all of the other books of hers that I've read and this one had the same style but I really didn't like her heroine. It was engagingly written, though. I gave it two stars. Check out my review at www.booksforabuck.com/rompages/rom_2004/paid_companion.html .

Reading several at once, as usual!

Under the Boardwalk, by Carly Phillips. I was wondering what all the fuss was about so thought I would try her out. It's okay, very fluffy.

Also reading PROMISE HIM ANYTHING by Carla Cassidy. Very creepy, edge-of-your-seat, fast-paced romantic suspense.
