yes, i have lived in st.mary for 3 yrs now..the water is awful..when the water comes into my house, it is like,it came right out of the river. it goes into my softner, and heater. then i have to run my water,to clean the heater and softner.then i have to pay for the water i had to waste.in the spring for the past 2 yrs.,i had a pipe break in my yard.i had it fixed, but for the water that leaked in the yard i had to pay sewer for that amount. now, my mother has dementia,i have to leave my home to stay with her.i turned off my water at the meter so if i spring a leak or i need my water when i come down i can turn it on. now the water co. wants to charge me 78.61 for a water bill, when i didnt use any water at all that month. when i call about my bill, all the lady did was yell at me,i couldnt even explain my situation to her. im getting where i hate living in st.mary
