From what I have read, since I have never been there, the energy at Stonehenge results from "Ley Lines" which convey energy throughout the earth and are typically found in places that have psychic energy. Whether this makes it paranormal or not is still up in the air but people who are "sensitive" claim to have experienced all kinds of psychic manifestations while there.
