im quite new to all things Tri and have recently joined, and was wondering if the RAF/Tri assoc do any swim training for complete beginners.

Where are you based Tomo??

We do a couple of training weekends a year where thetrilife.com coaches come over and do some sessions. Their swim sessions are quite good.

See Not so Big Bob Arthur, he runs the tri club at Marham, There is a coached Masters swim session on a Tuesday and Thursday evening between 8-9ish at Downham market pool. again see bob about it. He works in the QA cell I think??? Whats your name and where do you work on Marham, ill tell Bob when I speak to him on Wednesday to see about sorting something out.
