Very Short Notice but I have just been offered a free slot in the Team Sprint at London Tri on 7 Aug at 1330. This was a competition in 220 provided by one of the sponsors GE Capital.
Problem is my usual 2 training partners are not available so I am looking for 2 other team-mates. I have until 12 noon on 30 Jul to accept so notice is very very short.
I am happy to do any element (although would prefer swim or bike) but frankly I am flexible.

Nick I'd jump at the chance to do this but have got the Outlaw the next day :o(

I'm in the same position, would have loved to have done a mad sprint relay but I'm also at The Outlaw the following day.
