A lad at the civvie club i am involved with wants to know what the score is racing TT's in Scotland?
How to go about it etc?
(prob mainly aimed at Kelda here!)

Bascially it is all run within Scottish Cycling by local clubs, ie under British Cycling as SC is just a part of BC. You can buy a day licence or have BC membership with a race licence (just like tri). There is no equivalent of CTT in Scotland.
Be prepared to never ride a pb again as we ride proper hard courses up here ... none of the dual carriage way dragstrips you specialise in!

Nowt wrong with dual carriage ways for TTs! Once you do a few you get hooked on beating your times. Weather is normally the biggest obsticle!

haha Unfortunately there isnt any Dual Carriageway dragstrips around Stoke that they do TT's on....its hilly which ever way you leave the place!
