IM 70.3 Worlds

Raced the IM 70.3 Worlds on 11 Sep in Las Vegas. A very hard bike & run course, made even harder with the temperatures nudging 40 deg C.

Had a poor swim, good bike and okay run. Heat really took its toll when I hit the run, but mangaged to keep the pace and finish quite strong
