Greek Organizations preach that you can maintain your individuality and meet the demands of the group at the same time. What they do in practice is much different. You are expected to go along to get along in order for the organization to be productive. 80-100% participation for the believer is virtually impossible. With the amount of foolishness that occurs, I would say about 25% is all one will be able to offer of their time.
