MY INTEREST IN design in is strongly reflected by the 2 projects done by me as a part of my curriculum

Eeek, it's a bit messy and wordy.

MY INTEREST IN design in is strongly reflected by the 2 projects done by me as a part of my curriculum

You can really cut this down. One suggestion is:

My interest in design is strongly reflected by the two projects in my curriculum.

or

The two projects in my curriculum strongly reflect my interest in design.
