I have known Troy since he was born. Troy is the son of friends of my wife and I and weare also the godparents of his older son, Raymond.

please correct the above

I have known Troy since he was born. Troy is the son of friends of mine and my wife's. We are also godparents to his older son, Raymond.

The phrase "...of my wife and I" is wrong.
