Is it proper grammar to say:

May you please order these forms?

As opposed to saying:

Can you please order these forms?

May you please order these forms? is incorrect.

Can you please order these forms? may be acceptable, but asking someone to do something by using the verb "can" risks them interpreting the question as an inquiry about whether they have the ability or capacity to do it. "Can you go to the shop?" "Well, yes, I can, do you want me to?"

I would prefer "Please will you order these forms." No ? mark is necessary, IMHO, but I may be over-ruled.
