either or neither nor

We all learned 'either or' and 'neither nor'
Is it appropriate to say "No food or drinks?"
Would a sign worded this way, give me the right to have one, but not the other? Everything I have seen online preaches either/or and neither/nor when used in conjunction with each other. Is there a 'right' way when following "No?"

Re: either or neither nor

'No food or drinks' grammatically sound.
