Which sentence is more grammatically correct?

I was just wondering which one of these sentences is correct, and WHY the other is incorrect.

1) I always write in perfect, grammatically correct English.

2) I always write perfect, grammatically correct English.

P.S. please explain why either one would be incorrect!

Both constructions are fine.

I write English.
I write in English.
