which one is right in an argument?
1- Don't shut me down
2- Don't shut me off
3- Don't shut me up
when I try to make a calm atmosphere-ambiance-space to speak with you about...

'Shut me off' seems the most natural to me.
'Shut me down' works too, but it's not as clear.
'Shut me up' also works, but is probably wrong given the context.
