repetative use of "to"

please correct this sentence

It was resolved to cancel the share certificates and to issue fresh shares...

Should I omit the second to after and?

Thanks for your help

Re: repetative use of "to"

The word 'to' is fine.

This is about parallel lists.

It was resolved:

to cancel...
to issue...

OR

It was resolved to:

cancel...

issue...

Both are okay. I prefer the second (ie without the second 'to').

A decent grammar checker can help with these types of questions.
