I am anxious----my son's safety.Which preposition should we use to fill the gap and why?Please,sir.

I searched the word using Cambridge dictionary and it gave me these examples:


1- My mother always gets a bit anxious if we don't arrive when we say we will.

2- I saw my sister's anxious face at the window.

3- The drought has made farmers anxious about the harvest.
