There are seven clause structures in English.

subject + verb (I eat)
Subject + verb + direct object (I eat a meal)
Subject + verb + indirect object + direct object
(I cook my parents a meal)
subject + verb + subject complement (I am fat)
subject + verb + object + object complement
(I consider my food delicious)
subject + verb + adverbial (I eat regularly)
Subject + verb + direct object + adverbial
(I eat meals at the local restaurant)

Your suggested structures might work as imperatives (commands)
