Which is correct? I will try and find out if this is correct OR I will try to find out if this is correct.

"and" and "to" have very different meanings.

Thank you, only one of the annoying grammatical issues I see every day (versus everyday which also have two different meanings and are constantly used incorrectly).

Both can be right, but 99% of the time, people mean try to...

Look at these:

run and jump (obviously two activities)
try to jump (obviously one)

try and jump (would be two - but that's rare)
