Please can somebody clarify if the use of yourself and myself is acceptable in the following example sentences - I'm seeing it more and more (and don't like it!)...

'I would like a meeting with yourself at 10am'
'At the meeting will be John, yourself and myself'
'I am awaiting a response from yourself'
