How would I identify adveribal phrases?

Here's a quick definition of adverbial phrase. (Basically, it's just an adverb made up of more than one word.)

He ran there. ("there" - adverb of place)

He ran up the hill.

He ran quickly. ("quickly" - adverb of manner)

He ran more quickly than Sharon.
