Which is correct?

Having you and me communicate has been helpful.

Having you and I communicate has been helpful.

I don't see where to put my email address:

"Having you and I communicate has been helpful" is grammatically okay. Without context though, it is difficult to tell whether it is appropriate. It looks a little over complicated to me. Would something like this suffice:

Our communication has been useful.
I have found our communication useful.
