i'm confused between apostrophes and plural.

example:

lets's say Apple is a company and it wants to apply for more than one patents. In the header should i write:

1. Apple's patents applications

2. Apple patents' applications

3. Apple's patent application


please help,

If Apple is only making one application for more than one patent, then say "Apple's patents application".
If Apple is making more than one application, each for more than one patent, then say "Apple's patents applications".
