I live in Washington State. Last week, I was unable to pass the writing portion of the qualifying test for my desired community college. The test was basically just that they provided me with a couple short prompts. It was my job to click on every sentence and see what was wrong with it. They provided 4-5 multiple choice answers for me to choose from, one of them being to keep the sentence the same. This most certainly was NOT how I learned about writing and I was having huge troubles with it.
Do any of you know of a good website where I can do some practice examples of this? One of the people there directed me to Grammar-monster.com. However, I can only find samples on each individual area of writing.
