First of all I recently purchased your Grammar Rules book an excellent book

Now my question in writing procedures for step by step training material there are 2 options is one better than the other or is it personal choice, e.g.
Option 1 Open the PO by double clicking on the PO Number ……
Option 2 Double click on the PO Number to open the PO….

Option 1 starts with the outcome while Option 2 gives the steps to achieve the outcome

Personally, I can't see that it makes a difference worth worrying about - so it is a matter of personal choice I reckon.
