British Punctuation 2

Do you agree that, per BrE style, the commas go outside the quote marks as shown below?

1. When Zeke said “I don't understand your problem”, Megan cried.
2. “I will tolerate ignorance”, Joel said.
3. When she referred to her husband as a “womanizing wackjob”, it incurred his wrath.
4. “She referred to her husband as a ‘philandering fool’.”

Are these all correct?
