How to use Lady (s) as in myself...

I am writing a commentary and trying to figure out how to end my commentary. I am writing " thanks for reading a lady's perspective", (because it's a posting usually for men). Is this correct? I can't find anything that tells me for sure! Thanks, Dani!

It is correct to say lady's, because you are one lady. If you were referring to several of you, it would be ladies'.
The rule for possessive apostrophes is that you put the apostrophe immediately after the word. "Lady" ends in a y, so that is where the apostrophe goes. "Ladies" ends in an s, so the apostrophe goes after the s. It's a simpler way to remember it.

That is a great rule. (There is more on apostrophes to show possession here.)
