"My brother and I" vs "Me and my brother"

Which sentence is grammatically correct?
"The question is between my brother and I."
"The question is between me and my brother."

Between me and my brother.

This is a common mistake. It happens more commonly with between you and I, which many think is correct. It isn't. It's wrong.
