Could anyone help me, please?

sentence 1) I have no money.
sentence 2) I do not have money.

Is there any difference in meaning?

They both mean the same.

What you can't do is combine them.

I do not have no money.

That's a double negative. It's not grammatically wrong, but it means "I have money."
