Someone can explain me the right use of "is" and "it is"
Hi, I know that I can use "is" if I want only make a question and "it is" or "it's" as a part of the conversation or text of the speech...But I see texts with sentences like this: "The new car of my brother is blue" and this sentence isn't a question...
