Can anyone help??
I want to start a business called top o the crop selling organic food and I'm not sure if I should use an apostrophe before the O, after the O or not at all.
The O is obviously instead of using the word of.

Apostrophes can be used to replace missing letters. Therefore, it should be:

top o' the crop

In title case, it would be:

Top o' the Crop
