Is this sentence correct?

Our brothers who have been educated at public schools and universities, mounting those steps, passing in and out of those doors, ascending those pulpits, preaching, teaching, practising medicine, transacting business, making money.

Should it be practising medicine or practicing medicine?

Re: Is this sentence correct?

That depends if you're following US or UK convention.

US = practicing
UK = practising

More on practice and practise.

I would also point out that you've not written a sentence. You have a long dependent clause there.
