I got an Acronym for using writer's craft,namely, APOEMSAPART (Assonance,Personification,Onomatopoeia,Emotion,Metaphor,Simile,Alliteration, Repetition,Tone). I was wondering if anyone had an Acronym or poem that summed up essential punctuation usage. I want it to put straight common punctuation mistakes such as comma splices,of which English Teachers hunt when marking writing.
