Is it correct to say "she graduated high school" and "She went missing"? Both sound wrong to me.

They both sound American.

In English, the first would be: She graduated from high school.

"She went missing." is illogical. It presupposes that those concerned know…know…that she has purposely engineered her own disappearance!

In English: She has/had been reported as missing
